Jim started in the construction industry in 1970. Glen joined the field in 1974, working with Jim. In 1982, Jim & Glen formed Ritchie & Olson Construction. Experienced in many areas, but we specialize in: custom homes, new construction (framing, shingling, siding, trim, windows, decks) and remodeling. We work with sub-contractors throughout the area such as electricians, plumbers, heating and cooling specialists, drywallers, painters, flooring specialists and masonry experts.
